Technologies used in the production of S2 Talan protective footwear

• High-quality materials are needed for the production of protective footwear, especially waterproof footwear. The leathers used in Talan's footwear meet international standards, and most often far exceed them. • Talan uses Cordura material, a unique woven polyamide fabric, for its S2 waterproof boots. The technology of weaving and further processing of the fabric during its production ensures that the requirements of protective standards for tensile strength are exceeded four times. Cordura material is lightweight, breathable and waterproof.

• The use of TEKLIFE fabrics from Italian manufacturer Siretessile avoids the accumulation of moisture inside the work shoes. It absorbs it well, and additionally protects the inner volume of the shoe from unpleasant odors. Talan uses TEKLIFE insoles in its work boots. The company's specialists also use Vildon insoles as a water- and vapor-absorbing component of footwear. Vildon insoles can be washed in warm water.
