Lining
airSurf Fabric lining. The quality of lining is very important for safety shoes because it is in contact with the feet of the worker wearing it at least for 8 hours a day. It has to be not only wear resistant but also highly breathable. That is why airSurf Fabric has up to 5.6 times better tear resistance and up to 30 times higher breathability than required by EN:ISO standards, which is proved by testing protocols of the TÜV Rheinland laboratory
Toe cap
Another alternative to steel toe caps are aluminium toe caps. Being as light as toe caps made from composite materials, they offer one more advantage. The aluComfort caps that are used in our shoes are only 2 mm thick – so the foot fits better without any compromises in safety. Protects toes from impact by 200 Joules.

Outsole
BASF® Sole. They all come with a duo sole—PU sole on the inside and the outsole. While crafting a shoe, we engage polyurethane from BASF®, a renowned German chemical manufacturer. The inner layer of sole is normally very firm and robust but soft enough to ensure you will span your weight accordingly, throughout your work. By this, your feet in the shoes will not only feel much less exhausted during workload, but your joints will be healthier
Oil-resistant, slip-proof PU outsole
Our BASF material PU outsoles are lightweight and flexible, with high durability, performing well in aggressive work conditions-such as a chemical or oil environment-and providing remarkable slip resistance, up to 2.3 times higher than required by the Europian standards
